....so, I thought the blog was not allowing me to post any more pictures, but it just let me do the last post so I am confused :/. I thought I would just do a written post until I have the picture thing figured out as I don't want to load a bunch and find out it won't publish them. I will either have to buy more space or start a new blog, so we shall see. Ugh.
Anna is now 14 months and definitely in full on toddler mode. She toddles around everywhere & thanks to her big brother, the house was toddler proofed already! But like her brother, she gets into everything, including the trash can, toilet, etc., so we have to be careful! Here are a few tidbits about little miss:
1. She gives a million hugs a day while saying "awwww". People, stuffed animals, cats, and even walls are the recipient of these hugs...ha!
2. She can get on & off her riding toys and has started to climb up on everything too!
3. She understands everything we say. When asked to bring a book, she will go to the bookshelf, get a book, and bring it to you while sitting on your lap to read. She will also get balls, shoes, and other toys when asked.
4. Anna actively signs for food, more, all done, drink, milk, & bath. She understands routines, too, and will sign for bath after dinner without me even saying anything.
5. Before I put her in her car seat she gives a great big hug....love it :)
6. She loves to carry around & push ANYTHING
7. She loves bling. If anyone has on a necklace, earrings, or anything sparkly or dangly she is instantly fascinated.
8. She can say "ball" & "mama". She says a lot of beginning sounds of things such as "sh" for shoes. She says "eh?" and "m?" a lot.
9. She is an EATER!!!! She will eat almost anything fast & a LOT!
10. While eating she puts her hands in her hair...thus the baths after dinner!
11. Anna nurses about 5 times a day and several times a night.
12. Anna will NOT allow hairbows or clips in her hair.
13. She loves to play chase, peek a boo, & hide n seek
14. Anna loves her bath and bathes with Eli almost nightly
Mr. Eli
1. Eli's arm is completely healed!
2. Eli is enjoying his summer post cast but this heat is making outside time hard :(
3. Eli is so full of hugs & kisses. So much so that he gave our neighbor boy who is 8 a kiss & hug & told him he loved him. The 8 year old said "Ew, Eli!". Had to explain that he needs to ASK his friends for hugs & kisses :)
4. He loves the science experiments we have been doing all summer!
5. He has quite the imagination and often pretends to be sailing in a boat, that he is being chased by monsters, or that he is spiderman.
6. Is so loving to his sister....but often times gets to rough. Daily consistent reminders are key ;)
7. Will be FOUR in August....WOW!
8. He will be excited for preschool to start in September...he is such a social kiddo!
9. LOVES being around family.
10. Is quite comfortable in the water!
