Grandma Bidney just finished the details of purchasing her condo here in Independence, only about 4 miles from our house and about 1 mile from her sister. It's only 5 years old, so everything is new and the inspection went wonderful with only a few minor things that can easily be fixed. We are excited she will be moving here and she'll be ready to move in mid May-woohoo!! Now Grandma will get to see Eli more often and maybe even be a part time care giver when mom returns to work. Thanks for posting all the pics! Looking at those again reaffirms for me how nice of a place it is for her (not that I have previous doubts or anything)
Now it's time to take her to Nebraska Furniture Mark for stuff to fill the place with!

Wow! Tell Grandma Bidney Kevin and I are packing our bags and will be glad to move in (the guest bedroom will work just fine). :)
