....August 24th, 25th, 26th, or 27th!!! Today I had my doc appointment and I am now 2-3 centimeters dilated and 75% effaced. Doc said I have made great progress from last week (just a 1) and that she believes he'll arrive this weekend. But, in case he choses to hold out, my induction is scheduled for Monday at 6am!! Woohoo!! I cannot tell you how much these eases my planner brain! I will say, though, that I started having mild contractions (I wasn't sure because they felt like mild menstrual cramps and like I had to use the restroom each time) about every 2-3 hours after midnight last night. Then today, they were about every 1-2 hours. They were really light and I wasn't sure if they were contractions or just my digestive system acting up (I've had a poor appetite today). WELL, since my 3:20pm appointment, I have had 3 decent contractions that have felt more intense and crampy than before. I know being checked and make them stronger, so we'll just have to see if it leads to Eli's arrival this evening or tomorrow!! Obviously we are very excited! We'll definitely let everyone know and post as soon as we can with the news!
