Obviously, we are VERY happy and besides finding out we have a little boy, he is very healthy and even measured larger than the due date! The sonogram tech estimated 18 weeks and 3 days but the doc decided to be conservative and change the due date just by 2 days making the new due date August 18, 2007. I am doing well, too, and have no issues to report. Woohoo!! We feel very blessed and are so excited to start the nursery and chosing names. We are thinking of painting a neutral wall color (light brown??) and using blues and greens for the accent colors. I had a feeling we had a little guy but of course, didn't know until now!! Mother's intuition! This will be the first boy for my side of the family (besides my cousin Andrew, that is), but Eric's side is accustomed to boys. Plus, ALL of my friends have girls, so our little one will throw in a little diversity into the mix :) He'll certainly have LOTS of girlfriends to choose from!!
We've been on cloud nine all day and while all we hoped for was a clean bill of health, we couldn't be more excited about soon welcoming a little boy to our family....

This is going to sound so cheesy but words can not describe how happy I am for you both and for our families ~ what a great piece of news!!! Love you guys and I can't wait to feel the belly again knowing it's a baby boy =)
